Question 1

Which marketplaces can I link a purchase from?

Accepted Answer

CodeCanyon (Envato) and Doniaweb purchases are verified instantly. Codester purchases are reviewed by our team — usually within 6 hours — and appear in your workspace as soon as they are approved.

Question 2

Where do I find my purchase code?

Accepted Answer

Your marketplace shows it in your purchase history or license certificate. On CodeCanyon, open Downloads, choose the product and select “License certificate & purchase code”.

Question 3

How many domains can I activate?

Accepted Answer

Each license includes a domain allowance based on its type — typically one for a Regular license and five for an Extended license. You can review and move activations from your dashboard at any time.

Question 4

How are product updates delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every release is signed with Ed25519 and verified by your installation before it is applied. You also receive an email the moment a new version of a product you own is published.

Question 5

How quickly does support respond?

Accepted Answer

The first response arrives within 3 business days, usually sooner. Every reply is emailed to you and kept in a private, searchable conversation history.

Question 6

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Purchase codes are never displayed in full, marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest, sessions are protected against forgery and every licensing API is rate-limited.
